On Saturday, March 23, we will come together at Washburn High School  to determine a DFL endorsement for our district. This is important work, and I want to thank the volunteer leaders who make our convention possible to make sure we can engage in this process together. The contributions of these volunteers are often unseen, but they are critical to ensuring we have a day that runs smoothly. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this effort.

Things to know:

• We will be holding out convention at Washburn High School (201 W 49th St, Minneapolis, MN 55419) - it is recommended to enter through the South side entrance to easily get to registration and the auditorium.
• Our program begins at 10am, but doors will open for registration at 8:30am.
• Consider wearing layered clothing in the event the auditorium runs hot or cold,  in addition to comfortable shoes.
• The day may be long as we have a lot to cover. Consider bringing a book, crossword, or knitting tools for any long stretches of time between voting.
• SD61 DFL will have lunch available for purchase. Team Katie will be running hospitality with water and snacks available, including vegan options.
